High Security container seal. Certified with the latest ISO PAS 17712:2013 specifications. The seal is made from high quality steel and ABS with a steel interior locking chamber. high-security seals with C-TPAT compliance and certified to the latest ISO 17712 standard.Numeration is duplicated in both elements of the seal. The factory pre-set sealing chamber and pin facilitate installation and dismantling of the seal. These seals are C-TPAT compliant and meet the new design and construction standards of ISO 17712:2013, which provides improved security.
Container Bolt Additional Features:
The Container Bolt Lock is our original Bolt Seal. bochuang seal is still a popular choice of bolt seal for customers . The Container Bolt is mainly used for ground transportation on trailers and shipping containers. The metallic pin and bush of the Container Bolt Lock is made of high-carbon steel which gives better strength and added security.
The metallic pin comes with an option of an angled or a straight pin. The barrel is made from high impact ABS which is moulded on to the high-carbon steel bush.
The barrel are etched with permanent lasermarking for name, logo, sequential numbers & barcode.
Laser marking offers the highest level of security as it cannot be removed and replaced. The Container Bolt Lock is also available with metal bush.

A number registration is easy to achieve because the seals are packaged in order of number.
When closed the seal is completely encapsulated in ABS plastic so any attempt at tampering will result in obvious destruction. Anti-spin construction to ensure the locked bolt seal cannot be rotated out. The number on the seal is always clearly visible.
